• The House: Home-based church groups for worship, teaching, and fellowship.

• CrossGen Equipped: Biblical training and ministry development modules.

• Honeyburg Homeschool Hive: A Christian homeschool co-op supporting families with community-based learning.

• Mothers Ablaze & CrossGen Men: Discipleship and support communities for women and men.

• The Apiary PSP: Administrative support for homeschooling families through a Private Satellite Program (PSP).

These Terms govern your participation in and use of these services. Specific programs may have additional guidelines or agreements.

3. User Accounts

Certain areas of our Service may require you to create a user account ("Account"). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities under your account. 4. Payments, Memberships, and Contributions

• Membership Fees: Fees paid for CrossGen Ministries Family Memberships, program enrollments, events, or other services are service fees that provide access to specific resources, activities, and community benefits. These fees are not considered charitable donations and are not tax-deductible as contributions.

• Event Registrations & Program Fees: Specific events, workshops, and training modules may require additional registration fees. These fees will be clearly outlined at the time of registration.

• Voluntary Donations: Separate from service-related fees, CrossGen Ministries may accept voluntary donations to support our faith-based mission. These donations are considered charitable contributions and may be tax-deductible where applicable.

• Payment Processing: All payments (including memberships, event fees, and donations) are securely processed through designated platforms (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). By submitting payment, you authorize CrossGen Ministries to process your payment accordingly.

• Refund Policy: Membership fees and event registrations are generally non-refundable, except in cases of administrative error or special circumstances evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

5. Program Participation & Cancellation Policies

• House Groups, Trainings, Co-Op Activities: Participation guidelines, attendance expectations, and cancellation policies will be communicated in program-specific materials.

• Rescheduling or Cancellations: Requests for rescheduling participation in events or activities will be considered case-by-case and subject to availability.

• Conduct: By participating, you agree to uphold respectful, Christ-like behavior in alignment with CrossGen's values.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided by CrossGen Ministries—including teachings, publications, graphics, videos, and digital resources—is the property of CrossGen or its content providers and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.

• Usage Rights: You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use our resources for personal, non-commercial purposes.

• No Unauthorized Distribution: You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify CrossGen content without written permission.

User-generated content (e.g., testimonials, comments) submitted to CrossGen grants us the right to use such content in ministry materials and communications.

• Avoid disruptive, defamatory, or offensive behavior.
